I followed the size chart when ordering, but the shoes still ended up feeling too tight on my feet. I was hoping they’d fit better since I double-checked the measurements, but they just weren’t comfortable for me...

I really liked how many customization options Bont offers. The colors and fit choices were fun to mess around with — maybe a little too fun, because I kept changing my mind. My order came out pretty much how I wanted, so I’m happy with it overall. I’m giving 4 stars because it took me a bit to figure out a few parts of the site, but once I got the hang of it, the process was smooth.

I bought these from Bont, and to be fair, the shoes themselves felt fine at first. I’m not trying to be overly picky, but for the price, I really expected the insoles to hold up better. After just a few rides, they started feeling flat and kind of cheap, and the edges began lifting up inside the shoe, which got annoying quickly. I still use the shoes, so it’s not like they’re completely bad, but I ended up having to buy different insoles just to make them comfortable again. For what I paid, I don’t think I should’ve had to do that.

The site design feels messy and it’s not very enjoyable to browse. I’m not really concerned about updates or anything like that, but the overall layout could definitely be cleaner and easier to use.

My first impression wasn’t great. It didn’t feel as sturdy as I expected right out of the box, and over time that concern ended up being accurate. After a few years of use, it finally wore out. I guess it lasted for a while, but I can’t say I was ever really impressed with it.

I ordered from bont.com and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the delivery showed up right when they said it would. I didn’t have to chase anyone or stress about it, and the package looked fine when it arrived. So yeah, happy with the whole thing.

I picked up a pair from Bont, the break-in period was a lot rougher than I expected. I’ve had stiff cycling shoes before, so I knew they wouldn’t feel perfect right away, but these stayed uncomfortable for way longer than any pair I’ve used in the past. After a few weeks they did loosen up a little, but they still weren’t great on longer rides. I’m sure they might work well for some riders, but for me, they just weren’t worth dealing with the pain.

I bought these from bont.com and while the fit was okay, the breathability really disappointed me. Even on a short ride, my feet ended up feeling hot and damp, and that was with thin socks on. Maybe they’d be tolerable in colder weather, but for summer riding they’re just not comfortable. For the price, I expected a lot better.

The shoes feel good overall, and I haven’t had any major comfort issues. My only gripe is the closure system. Sometimes it stays put just fine, but other times it starts loosening up mid-ride, which feels unnecessary and gets a little annoying. Not a dealbreaker, but I do wish it were more consistent.

The shoes look really nice, and I like the style a lot. The arch support was just kind of average for me though (not terrible, just not super impressive either). They also took a little while to get used to, but they’re fine once you break them in a bit

I ordered from Bont really hoping the shoes would have a wider fit up front, but the toe box still felt tight. After just a short ride, my toes were already getting squeezed, which was frustrating. The shoes seem decently made, but comfort matters a lot to me, and these just didn’t work for my feet. Maybe they’re fine for someone with narrower feet, but I ended up barely using them. I was disappointed and would’ve appreciated some kind of apology or acknowledgment that the fit wasn’t as expected.

I wasn’t sure if the wide fit options would make much of a difference, but they really did. That extra bit of room made this feel way more comfortable than what I usually end up with

The size guide worked well for me and helped me pick the right fit. I was ready to shop somewhere else if the sizing was off again, but this made the process a lot easier.

The wheels wore down fast, like really fast. After not much use, the bearings started getting noisy too, noisy enough that it was hard to ignore. I was hoping they’d last longer.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size skates and needed to exchange them. Compared to other returns I’ve dealt with, this was way easier. Bont got back to me quickly, the return instructions were clear, and the new size showed up sooner than I expected. Overall, I’m really happy with how simple the whole process was.

I had an issue with one of the wheels after a few months, so I emailed Bont with some photos. I was half expecting the usual back-and-forth where they try to make it sound like your fault, but they got back quickly, checked the warranty, and sorted out a replacement without making it a whole ordeal. it felt like they actually wanted to help instead of looking for a reason to avoid it. Really happy with how they handled it.

I am really happy with the fit from Bont. The heel retention stood out to me the most, since there was no slipping around even when I was pushing hard. It took one short ride to get used to them, but after that they felt really solid. I would definitely buy again
